This Color is not an Organic Color, it is actually man made, and has been being used as eyeshadow since 1868, it is non toxic.
Our highly pigmented colors will go a long way, and they are so versatile. They can be applied wet or dry.
You can use a brush or if your a simple girl, just use your fingers.
If you choose to apply them wet, simply wet your brush, and dip, color is very vibrant when applied wet. You can also use them as a liner. To use as a liner apply with a flat or angle brush wet.
