This is the color for you, it can be used alone or over any color you choose, you can even add it to some of your favorite lip gloss to add some vibrant glam! It can be applied wet or dry.
You can use a brush or if your a simple girl, just use your fingers.
If you choose to apply them wet, simply wet your brush, and dip, color is very vibrant when applied wet. You can also use them as a liner. To use as a liner apply with a flat or angle brush wet.
Pigment comes in a 5 gram shaker jar with 1.5 grams of pigment and shrink wrapped.
