There are so many ways to get creative with glitter. Sparkle use #1: Use a thin eyeliner brush and wet it with mix drops or plain water and then dip into the glitter and create a sequined cat eye look.
Sparkle Use #2: Apply your eyeshadow any way you want and then kick it up a notch! Once you are done apply a drop or 2 of mix drops or plain water and then dip into the glitter, tapp off the excess glitter and then gently press glitter onto lid over all of your eyeshadow.
Sparkle Use #3: Apply lipstick and then use a coordinating glitter color and press glitter onto lips and apply a clear gloss over. Lips are sure to catch some attention.
